Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Travel insurance can provide critical protection in unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.
To maximize your benefits, including coverage for pre-existing conditions, it’s best to purchase travel insurance within 21 days of making your deposit. Protect yourself and your trip—travel with the confidence that comes from knowing you’re covered.

Important Policies

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  
• We are unable to offer refunds for any reason. Therefore, we we ask that you purchase travel insurance within 21 days of making your deposit. See above for our recommended insurance options.
  
• All travelers must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months after the return date.
  
• Participants should be in good health and capable of walking or taking part in scheduled activities. Please be mindful of your own limits! Participation in activities is optional; however, no price adjustments will be made for skipped activities.
  
• L'Alliance Française de Seattle and Travelbootik reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary as needed.
