Thierry Rautureau Scholarship Fund

Since 2019, the Alliance Française de Seattle offers a scholarship program for French learners. Scholarships can be valid for any group class—general, specialized, intensive, workshop, or summer camp. Every year, thanks to the support of our sponsors and private donors, AFSeattle continues to expand its support to families in need with a growing number of scholarships for youth and adults.

To apply, please read the guidelines below, fill out and submit your application by the deadline according to the quarter. At this time, scholarships are not available for Private Courses or the CNED tutoring program.

Thierry Rautureau Scholarship Fund

On May 9, 2024, the Alliance Française de Seattle is dedicating its Scholarship Fund to beloved board member Thierry Rautureau, who passed away in October 2023 and who was a fervent advocate of French bilingual education.

We extend our warmest thank you to all the private donors who helped us launch the Thierry Rautureau Scholarship Fund.

Thank you for believing in our mission to advance French bilingual education in Washington State!
