MyFamilyAbroad is built on a simple belief: Authentic cultural exchange grows from trust, reciprocity, and shared everyday life between families.
Rather than focusing on one-directional experiences, the program encourages family-to-family exchange relationships that evolve naturally over time — all within a secure, supportive, and accessible framework.
Are you based in the Seattle area and interested in hosting a French student in your home?
The heart of this program is immersion. As a host, you provide the opportunity for French visitors to practice their English and experience the authentic culture of the Pacific Northwest. While the focus is on your guest's English progress (rather than the host's French practice), the benefits go both ways. Through the reciprocal exchange model, participating families also have the opportunity to travel to France and be hosted by families within the same trusted community.

carefully curated community. All participating families are interviewed, vetted, and supported to ensure a safe and meaningful exchange
