During the class, you'll prepare two classic flavor combinations: rich chocolate and vibrant raspberry. Along the way, you'll master essential skills including mixing and folding macaron batter, piping uniform shells, achieving the perfect "feet," baking for consistent results, and preparing smooth, flavorful fillings.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a beautiful assortment of handcrafted macarons, practical troubleshooting tips, and the confidence to recreate these iconic French pastries at home.
With the expert guiding of Laurence Boris, Founder of Pâtisserie Mon Amour, you will explore French baking foundations, key vocabulary in French, and the history of the macaron. On a mission to share her passion of pastry, Laurence will bring her experience from Ateliers des Sens and Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts in Paris to this class.
