Travel to Brittany, this beautiful region of the West of France for an evening, through the art of crêpe-making and the opinions of a
proud Breton. We’ll talk about the geography, the culture, the traditions of the region. We’ll also learn how to make its most famous
dish, “La crêpe”, its toppings, through a demonstration and sampling.
This class is taught by Emma Le Du, a French native from Brittany. Crêpes and galettes are a long-rooted geographic and family tradition which represent the authenticity and excellence of the region. All materials will be provided by the instructor.
